Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Perform residential plumbing services: diagnostics, repairs, and installations
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear options to homeowners
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Present solutions and educate customers (no pushy sales)
- Work a full 40–50+ hour week with steady job flow
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman license
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (5+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background and MVR check
- Based in Houston area (or willing to relocate)
- Preferred but not required: ServiceTitan experience, knowledge of tankless water heaters/water softeners
